2) What this Policy covers

This Policy applies to information we collect through our website and landing pages, our Kajabi-hosted courses, email communications, scheduling tools, payment checkout, and video coaching. It does not cover third-party websites you visit via links.

3) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: you give it to us, it’s collected automatically, or we receive it from providers.

1. A) You provide:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, billing address.
• Account info: password, profile details.
• Training details: your dog’s name, age, breed/mix, behavior goals, videos or photos you upload, notes you share during coaching.
• Purchase info: products selected, order totals, subscription status.
• Communications: form submissions, emails, messages, reviews, survey responses.

• Usage & device data: pages visited, clicks, referring pages, browser type, operating system, screen size, time on site.
• Approximate location/IP address.
• Cookies and similar tech (see Section 7).

• Payment processor (Stripe): payment status and limited transaction details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Scheduling (Calendly): your name, email, appointment time, answers to booking questions.
• Video platform meeting links, and recordings only with notice/consent.
• Analytics/ads providers aggregated analytics and ad performance data.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information about you (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical records). Please do not share more than is needed for training.

• Deliver the Services and customer support.

6) Your choices

• Email marketing: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. Transactional emails will still arrive.
• Cookies/ads: Manage cookies in your browser or device settings. You can also adjust ad preferences on Google/Meta platforms.
• Account: Update certain profile details in your account or contact us.

7) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tech to remember preferences, keep you logged in, measure site performance, and, if enabled, run ads. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may limit features.

8) Data retention

Examples: order records up to 7 years; marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or your account is inactive for 24 months; coaching records for the life of your account plus a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, password and token protections). No system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

10) International data transfers
