Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Tommy’s Canine Academy LLC. I want you to feel confident trying my training program.

Courses are covered by a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. Bundles that include coaching calls are refundable only if no coaching session has been completed. Coaching sessions follow a 24‑hour cancellation rule.

 

1) What this covers

  • Course‑only
  • Bundles that include a course plus private coaching calls.

 

2) Course‑only: 30‑day money‑back guarantee

If the course isn’t a fit, email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we’ll issue a full refund. When we refund a course, we remove access to the course, related downloads, community areas, and certificates.

3) Bundles (course + coaching):

Bundles are eligible for a 30‑day refund only if no coaching session has been completed.

  • If zero coaching sessions have been completed: request a refund within 30 days for a full refund of the bundle price. We’ll cancel any scheduled coaching sessions.
  • If any coaching session has been completed: the bundle becomes non‑refundable. We do not split a bundle into “course” and “coaching” for partial refunds.
  • “Completed” means a coaching session that was conducted with the trainer on video call. (Scheduling a session does not count as completed.)

Example: You buy the $479 Core Curriculum + 2 coaching calls.
• If you request a refund within 30 days before completing a call → full refund of $479.
• If you complete one or more calls → the purchase is non‑refundable.

 

4) Stand‑alone video coaching

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment for a full refund or credit (your choice).
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no‑shows are not refundable.
  • If we must cancel, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • If you arrive late, sessions still end at the scheduled time.

 

5) How to request a refund

Please email us using the address on our Contact page or submit the contact form. Include:

  1. Order number and purchase email
  2. Product name (course‑only, coaching bundle, or coaching)
  3. Your request (refund or credit)
  4. For coaching/bundles, your scheduled date/time and whether any session was completed

We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps.

 

6) Payment method, timing, and taxes

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Banks and card networks usually take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • Any sales taxes collected by us are refunded with your purchase.
  • Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider are outside our control and may not be refundable.

 

7) Subscriptions or memberships (if offered)

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  • We don’t refund past subscription periods once started, unless required by law.
  • If a subscription includes a course, the course follows the 30‑day guarantee from the date of the first charge, provided no coaching session has been completed if coaching is included.

 

8) Price adjustments, duplicates, and chargebacks

  • We don’t offer retroactive price adjustments for sales or promotions.
  • Accidental duplicate charges? Contact us and we’ll refund the duplicate.
  • Please contact us first to fix billing issues. If a chargeback is filed, we may pause access to courses and sessions while the dispute is reviewed.

 

9) Your rights & where we are

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws. We are based in Washington State, USA.

 

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll change the Last updated date above and, if changes are material, we’ll post a notice on our site.
